Delivery Information



SHIPPING

Because the products we sell are heavy goods, international shipments are only made by sea freight.

We offer a flat shipping fee of $99 for deliveries to the United States and Europe. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) after we receive your payment.

For example: If you order on Monday, your order will be shipped on Wednesday. If you order on Friday, your order will be shipped next Wednesday because Saturday and Sunday are not our working days.

Please note, it may take 1-3 days for your tracking information to become available. Our delivery carriers are experiencing unprecedented volume and procedure changes causing delays nationwide.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders shipped by sea are expected to arrive within 30-45 days after product dispatch.

For orders that experience delays, in most cases, the package will only arrive a day or two beyond the expected time. Please note, it may take 1-3 days for your tracking information to become available. Our delivery carriers are experiencing unprecedented volume and procedure changes causing delays nationwide.

It is important for our customers to understand the standards that have been established within our industry regarding the terms and conditions of a sale. The purchase of technology products and solutions are subject to manufacturer restrictions which may be different from other product purchases you transact. Most of the products and solutions we sell are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty provided by the manufacturer is the first place to look for assistance with difficulties that may accompany your purchase. We encourage you to request information from any of our account executives about extending the service period on any of the products or solutions that you purchase.


Most manufacturers offer a one year warranty on all new equipment. During the warranty period, you may call the manufacturer to receive warranty service. The manufacturer will attempt to solve your problem via phone. If a situation extends beyond the manufacturer's service centers ability to resolve, please contact your TigerDirect Business representative for further guidance.


International Returns

Orders shipped outside of the Indonesia are final and are not eligible for return, regardless of the nature of the return. We will only accept exchanges on international orders and the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges for getting an item back to Kings Generator. Kings Generator is not responsible for the shipping charges associated with exchanges on international orders.


Damaged Shipments. If your shipment arrives damaged, the shipment must be rejected if you notice any visible damage or tampering with the box. If the shipment is received, you must record the damage on the carrier's shipping records in accordance with the carrier's policies, store the merchandise in its original box and pack it when it arrives, and notify us immediately to arrange for carrier inspection and collection of damaged merchandise. Concealed damage in shipment must be reported within 7 days of product receipt. If you do not notify us of the defective item within the first 7 days of arrival, the regular return policy will waive any damage claims, and your purchase will fall within all current manufacturer limits.


Product damage during the manufacturer's warranty period can be claimed directly to the manufacturer's authorized warranty service center in your country.
